How does the booking process work?

How far in advance should I book?
You should book atleast 10 days in advance of your event! To make sure your desired theme is available, please book as soon as you can. This way we can ensure, that you got everything you need for your ideal night! Please keep in mind, to start your rental period 2 days ahead of your event so there is no way your dinner setup is not on time.
Can I order individual items instead of a full setup?
No. As we offer experiences instead of just decorations, all our sets are finely selected for the occasion. If you have an idea on what would elevate your experience or on what you need to get in the vibe, please let us know and we will figure something out!
Do you offer assistance with event planning beyond decor?
Planning your party is not part of our overall services. But if you need assistance in creating you perfect experience, feel free to let us know. We are sure we can make something amazing happen!
Do I have to take the parcel to a parcel store afterwards?
One of my favorite questions – literally just to your doorstep! You will receive a link to make a pickup appointment with our courier and he will pick everything up, right on time. No hassle for you!
What about taxes?
I got you girl! All our prices are including VAT.

Do you also offer to set everything up?
We will take care of everything, up until your doorstep! This is your temple and we don’t want to spoil the fun of playing our mood playlists and setting everything up in anticipation! That’s our gift to you!
What happens if something gets damaged during the event?
Good thing you ask! For that case we added the safety deposit during your booking! If anything is damaged, do not worry and just let us know right away. The additional costs will be covered by the deposit and the rest will be refunded to you right away!
What is the deposit for?
Look at her, she got the looks and the brain to match it! The safety deposit will be refunded to you, once the package is back at our place and was checked by our team. Until then it will be used to cover additional expenses in case some of the items break or get damaged.
How do I care for the rented items?
As always – treat everything with care and respect, but that’s a given! To keep everything clean and reusable we got some simple instructions for you.
The only thing you have to clean is the cutlery, the plates and the glasses. Please clean them by hand. Leave the tablecloth and the napkins be – do not wash them – and put them in the provided bag dry. As we use LED candles, even the candleholders won’t need cleaning.

We don’t just offer plates and decor, we create full-on experiences that suit you perfectly. From the invitation over the music up to the tiniest little detail. We deliver your main character moment and the most memorable moments to your doorstep.
Can I customize the stationery?
Absolutely! You deserve anything but basic! Our menu cards and name plates can be personalized to however you shape your perfect party! The invitations are fixed but if you have an idea you want to realize, let us know and we will see what we can do!
How do I make sure my event has the 'main character' vibe?
First of all: YOU ARE THE MAIN CHARACTER! To get you in the right mindset, we got plenty of outfits, a mood playlist, recipes and ofc the fitting drink prepared, just for you! – Check our socials for more inspo!
Can I use real candles instead of the LED candles you provide?
No, please don’t use real candles with our decorations – for your safety and for a mess-free evening – we don’t want to see you cleaning up candle holders all dressed up! We deliver more than enough LED candles for your selected amount of guests.
Am I allowed to make changes to the decor setup?
Our tablesettings are hand picked for every occasion and fit together perfectly. But as we all know – creativity has no limits! If you have an idea feel free to add it to the table. But don’t forget to send us the picture. We’d love to see your creativity shine!
Do you allow confetti or glitter?
Ehm, yeah? The more the better! Ever seen a main character without a grand entrance? But don’t gatekeep and take pictures!
My favorite character is not included - will there be more?
We are so sorry we didn’t catch your personality right away, but you know how hard it is to fit all these amazing traits of yours into a table setting? We are constantly working on new decoration concepts and therefore more vibes for you! Also holidays … we will also cover your holidays, no worries! Follow us on instagram to stay up to date!
